[BUG] Water clipping into bottom of base [34431]

Subnautica Version - 34431
Description - Multipurpose rooms built just above sea-level constantly have surface water appearing on the floor. This is confirmed only in creative mode.
Reproduction steps - Build base, observe.

not just the bottom but what ever level the surface is at

this also happens in the corridors, and you can see it when looking down through the vertical connector
