Possible drill item for player.

I have typed 'item drill' into the console and received an item with a questionmark but you can hold it. May this be a new player item for mining the large deposits without the exosuit?

Pretty sure that's one of the upgrade modules for the Exosuit.

Took a look at it myself, and it seems like its one of the older versions (Like the old reactor models.). You can hold it, but that's it.
