Some build 35742 bugs

So far, I have seen lots of bugs with the new 35742 build.
-Fires respawn after you leave the area
-Wires break again after leaving an the area so you have to re-weld them.
-Doors from welded wires need to be opened numerous times in order for them to actually open
-Sometimes the progress meter resets itself when welding wires
-After extinguishing a fire I still get burned (I made sure the fire was actually out and even waited a few seconds and it wasn't falling fire)
