[Bug] Glitchy water surface [34431 Jul-2016]

I'm seeing bright flashing colors on the water surface on the menu screen and in-game.
It happens at every instance of the game and changing the visual options doesn't change anything.
I've recently installed another GPU (R9 380) but I can not say for sure that the problems started with the new hardware.
