[Bug] Orientation and Feedback Glitches

Version: Unsure, there wasn't a version number anywhere. It's the newest one for Xbox One.
Description
-Orientation: Was opening one of those doors with the red handles, the one that has a small cutscene to it, and got stuck at a 90 degree angle. Video included in report shows this.
-Feedback: Was unable to submit feedback within game. It only allowed you to click on the Feedback optional text area and would not allow you to click on anything else, nor move down to where you could click what kind of feedback.
Repro Steps: For orientation, find a door with the red handle and open it (only if it is not normal orientation). It will force-lock your character into the same orientation that was used to open it.
