Xboxone Unable to recharge sea glide

There are no options to recharge my sea glide ,in or out the water or in inventory or in use , thought batteries or power cells would work , made 3 of each an still no option apears , used all buttons triggers an lb\rb in each of said stages be4, still a no go =( , maybe am missing something if any1 knows throw me a message. Go in to settings , controls and then go to reload and set the button to X .
Then press X and select your new battery...
