Security entry for the wrecks to add a different dimension.

Adding the wrecks and needing to get a laser cutter for some of the doors is a very cool feature added to the game. But to make a laser cutter to get through certain doors is still going to the fabricator to make a tool.
Any advanced technology is going to have some kind of security system in place that you need a code, badge, or identification system to get into areas. Keep some of the areas where you need laser cutters,but in addition, have a bit of mystery by having to go find a code or a badge in order to unlock a door.
You could even have it where you have to unlock or decrypt an entry by someone on a pda in order to get the code needed to break into wrecks. you could even leave direction like have a sign that says: captain only. So you have to find the location of the bridge of the wreck in order to find information from the captain in order to break into that portion of the wreck.
I think it would add a whole new element to the game.
