Backpacks?

One thing I've noticed about this game is that there is painfully small inventory space. The seamoth upgrade to have a small storage space and the cyclop's ability to basically be a mobile base with storage is ok.... but it'd be really nice if there was a way to increase the personal inventory size of the character while they're out of the seamoth/cyclops gathering things.

Thus a backpack of some sort would be really nice to have just to cut down on having to go back and forth to drop things off so much.

    I thought about this too, but beware you should have to unequip your tank to use it.

    as a diver, you have to keep as light as possible, lest you be too heavy and subsequently too slow to escape danger, and or not drown.

    I have never done scuba or diving, but I can feel the difference from swimming naked and with clothes on... don't ask about the former, you gotta do it once in a life.

    I would totally accept swimming slower in exchange for a larger inventory space outside of the seamoth
