Give Feedback Form Not Working (xbox)

Since the update I cannot use the Give Feedback form. I can select the text box and type into it, but I cannot move to any of the buttons in the screen below the text box in order to submit the report. If I go down from the text box, it instead moves to the Open Troubleshooting Guide button on the right side of the screen. However, I cannot select the Open Troubleshooting Guide button (the A button has no effect).
