Fragments and steering

As of 67 I haven't been able to find any fragments other than the solar pannels and seaglide. This is aproblem because I really want the stasis rifle and propulsion/repulsion cannon. The reason why I'm not excited for the MVB that brings the cyclops and seamoth is because the seamoth is a pain and cyclops isn't really useful apart from deep depth exploring and even than it isn't really useful, it's a bit too hard to turn in tight situations. Whether on the other hand the seamoth is far too maneuverable. You could gently use whatever you use to turn but it goes flying in that direction!
