[Bug] Disappearing Solar Panel

I've built a new base close to the wrecked Aurora.
I placed a foundation
I placed a solar panel
I placed a general purpose room and a hatch
The solar panel disappeared
I placed a new solar panel
I placed a second general purpose room on top of the first
I placed a ladder inside the lower general purpose room
As soon as the ladder was completed the power to the station shut down
I went outside and the solar panel was gone again
My theory here is any object placed on the foundation AFTER the solar panel will cause the solar panel to disappear.
I'll try to confirm this and report back.

My primary base, which is located very close to the escape pod does not exhibit this behavior. If there is a coordinates display that can be toggled, I could give you and x,y and depth.
