Weirdest Graphical Glitch Ever?

So I saw this when rising from the Blood Kelp Zone, so I had been about 700m down for a while, and I come to the surface to see this.
Three blue orbs connected in the sky.
They block sunlight.
They are not stationary, so when I swim closer, they are so big I can't even fit them in the frame. (I thought it was some kind of weird cave at first..)
And they will NOT go away. Kinda creepy.
