I would like to make several cabins in my base (in case I get visitors of the friendly variety (yes, I know that doesn't happen (yes, I still want to do it))) but feel that the multi-purpose rooms are too big for this.
I would use corridors but can't currently fit beds in them. The narrow bed could be made to fit but would require new animations for laying down/standing up at the foot of the bed.
Alternatively, a new module for seabases that are larger than corridors but smaller than multi-purpose rooms could be used. Preferably it would still fit in the same grid as corridors to allow densely packed sleeping sections to be built.

I feel like a stretched out cylinder might fit better. The rounded shape is also more resilient to pressure. I know the moonpool use a more boxy shape but it is also large and so has more room in it's shape for very rounded corners.
Without knowing much about how the game is programmed; it seems to me like adding a small seabase module would be easier than adding a new bed with new animations.
