Sound bugs

For some time now i've got problems with the soud without any reasons.
it souds like the audio is being cut off like every 10ms and then the audio continues.
it's horrible to play
i've got 2 sound cards, one build into my case (cooler master pro 5) and one build into my motherboard (gigabyte B85M-D3H)
video card: AMD radeon 270x
cpu: Intel I7 4790K (overclock to 4,6 Ghz)
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 1600Mhz
does anybody know what's going on and can this bug be fixed please
