Game crashes when loading a saved game and when starting a new game. Please Help!

I played for 2 hours or so saved my game and exited. I tried reloading the game later and it crashed and had an error message telling me to report my crash. I tried forcing the game to start with direct x9 with the launch code: -force-d3d9 that didnt work, I tried deleting my saved game and reinstalling the game and starting a new game and it crashes during the loading screen. I think my build is: Early Development Build 33409 May-2016.
