Pay once?

When I pay for the game on xbox one at its current "in-development" state, will I have to buy it again when the game fully releases?
Edit: Figured it out, I do get the full release.

As far as I know that is how Xbox one preview program works at least it did with State of Decay

I'm wondering if they will opt into that program MS was talking about at e3.. Buy the game on Xbox and get the same version for PC at the same time.. Would be cool. If not looks like I'm buying it again on steam! I have no problems spending more money knowing that it helps with development of the game, but I also know not everyone has money to just do that..
