The exosuit keeps disappearing

Heya Fellows
Anyone of you been have issues with the exosuit keeps disappearing in Survival Mode ?
- I had that several times now, docked it in my moon pool walked to scanner room and when I came back it was gone.
- Left my exosuit outside the base went in to get something to eat to get my hunger/thirst up and it was gone when I came out.
A little annoying since it cost me resources all the time.
