Pictures missing from PDA and Picture Frame again

I've noticed that since a recent minor update (a few days ago) my picture frame is empty again, and even though my PDA lists the pictures I have, it shows only a blank square where the thumbnails used to be. Not being able to look at my in game map (OR my wife's photograph) is robbing me of my will to survive. I'm playing in Stable, on a PC.
