Shared save games for different Windows and Steam users

When using local save files, Steam should be able to save games separately for each Windows user.
When using cloud save, each Steam user should have their own save files even if started with the same Windows user.
Well. Not so with Subnautica.
We have three separate Windows users and two of them even have their own Steam accounts, but still all three can see each others save games.
And what is even worse, those save files are all named automatically and without any user prefix, so we really cannot tell which save is whose.
What we hope is:
- save games are moved to %appdata%, so each Windows user get his/hers own save files
- save games can be named
Without either of these fixes it soon gets very hard to play the game without breaking other peoples save files
