Never got Abyss skin?

I played Caged for at least two hours prior to Monday, but never got the skin. I shrugged and moved on, assuming I'd gotten it wrong somehow. Tonight both myself and another player (who also had not gotten the skin) suddenly and simultaneously got the Unleashed achievement and an alert saying we'd gotten the Abyss skin... but neither of us had. Which was a bit of a downer.

Any chance we could get it applied manually?
