Recommend chancing the properties on the chairs, benches, desk, beds, trash cans, tables, furniture, ...etc, so that they can be placed on the metal base plates and ground areas. (allow them to turn green outside on the ground, and on the metal base plates.) Right now, they can't be placed on outdoor land base layouts. (only grow beds, and right now I use them as railings so you don't fall off an elevated patio.)

I was going to do something similar on the floater island but the abandoned bases are kind of an eyesore. Would be cool if you could reclaim them in some way.
