EVGA PrecisionX Crashing & Solution

I recently upgraded my processor and completely reinstalled everything on my machine. I reinstalled Subnautica, however when I ran it the game reported a crash. Looking in the crash logs for what could possibly be causing the crash, I found that EVGA PrecisionX, which I previously did not have installed, was causing an access violation and that was the reason for the crashing. Apparently the cause was the on-screen display which doesn't display anything onscreen unless you want it to, but still hooks into whatever game you're playing regardless.
The best way to stop the crashes if you're using PrecisionX is to make sure that nothing related to the OSD is checked in the Monitor Settings. When I made sure nothing OSD related was checked and restarted EVGA PrecisionX the game ran fine. (Here is an attached screenshot of my current settings in PrecisionX: http://i.imgur.com/5TmNWeR.png)
I'm assuming something similar will happen with MSI Afterburner if you have anything related to the OSD enabled, so that's something to keep an eye on if you're crashing for some reason.
Here is what was reported in the crash logs for reference:
