[Bug] Scanner room upgrades cannot be removed

Well I built my first scanner room and excitedly built a full set of range upgrades for it. I went to move it when I exhausted what I wanted but I simply couldn't get then out!
None of my right clicks were working to move the upgrades back into my inventory despite a tool tip saying that would do so.
This was in build 33409.
