Cyclops Pressure Compensator Blueprint

Where can I find fragments for this blueprint? I roam around for hours now trying to find two remaining fragments and no success. I don't even know where I found the first one, I just randomly found it at some point. I explored all biomes, went inside many wrecks and can't find those damn fragments.
