Have you saved, quit and restarted the game? if they still remain blocked You can sue console commands to spawn in whatever blueprints are bugged out.

I've been looking all over for the moonpool and modification station fragments and I can't find them because they won't spawn! I know that the mod station isn't out yet, but I know I'm in the right biomedical for the moonpool, and all I find are terraformer fragments. Help plz! ;_;
