F8 (give feedback) menu won't open

Hi, so I've been using the debug console in experimental mode and the console is currently enabled, but I want to disable it again. However, the f8 menu, which I need to enable the cursor on the f3 menu, won't open. It comes up with a messaging suggesting that I'm not connected to the internet, but I am. It doesn't work by clicking "Give Feedback" in the Escape menu either. Can you offer any advice? Thanks.

Edit: I've already tried reinstalling the game.
