Game needs to be optimised for Xbox one

Hello. I downloaded this game because I have loved watching people play this game so I downloaded it on my Xbox one HDD and the game seemed clunky like it really needs to be optimised for consoles. When I got in I was bouncing all over the place and screen freezes and just not a smooth or pleasant experience. I would love to play this game more and I am going to try to move on with my story mode.. but if the performance keeps falling apart when I start up the game it is going to be very hard to do so...

Please please please make it smooth on consoles.
