Its pretty much impossible but will unknown worlds feature cross platform between PC players and Xbox one players?

    It is not impossible, Rocket League just recently did that exact same thing. It is possible it jsut depends whether or not they take the game in that direction.

    Cross-platform is irrelavant for SubNautica. Its a single player game :)
