Help with frame rate dropping issue

I do not know if anyone has tried, but if you turn off shadows using DevConsole combo (LB,RB,A) and then NOSHADOWS. (After game is reloaded/restart) This will take the shadows out the game and improve the FPS not by a lot but less choppy.
