Blueprint glitches

Mobile vehicle bay blueprints aren't being processed, I have all the pieces but didn't get the prints this NEEDS to be fixed. Can't really progess any further without it.

I had the same problem there are ways to fix this open debug menu RB LB A at the same time then type something like spawn cyclops

I have this as well. Als with the bioreactor blueprints. It says 3/3 but no new building option.
