Bug: Parts of HUD and pause menu disappears

Is anyone else having an issue where parts of the HUD, with the exception f the hunger, oxygen, etc. bars disappeared? I can't even save my game and hope the issue goes away, because I can't even see the pause menu. If anyone else has been having this issue, and if someone has a workaround, please say something. Thank you.
