[BUG] Regarding the rare invisible HUD bug.

I'm not sure if this will help UW locate the source of this bug, but I've had this glitch occur about three times. Each of those three times, I had the glitch appear when I pulled out my scanner and attempted to scan an object. Whether it's a coincidence or not, I just hope this information helps.
