hud blank & shared progress

I was on survival signed out of xbox live and started a freedom game scanner progress carried over but map reset but pda didnt show unlocked crafting items or progress for unfinished scans. when i reloaded survival, quick slots and pda were both blank and showing code for ghosr slots. I went ahead and deleted local saves but havent tried new game i hope this resets progress as i was enjoying the progression.
