That would all depend on what bot you use. Some use metamod, others are stand alone. I'd suggest reading the bot authors how-to/readme.txt/install.txt, or other supply'd docs. Or at least tell us what bot, what OS its for etc.
If your asking what BOT's work with NS. I would say none. Obviously some will work, might join the server without causeing problems etc. But I know of know bots made for NS. And I would doubt there will be any released for quite some time. Bots for NS would require quite the amount of coding to get them to function well and be usefull in NS.
I know the the NS release has a bot.cfg installed with it. But I have no clue if its a part of NS or not. I personally think its just something that got left in the dir, and compressed with the rest of the NS files. But dont take my opion as fact, as I have no clue.
