Base flooding occurs to unattatched structures

I built a hatch that glitched inside a multipurpose room so I couldn't deconstruct the multipurpose room. So I isolated that part of the building and added weak parts to flood it but it started flooding other non connected parts of the building as well. ???

Isolated building is the L shaped thing on the right.

The left building is completely disconnected from the isolated building but is still being flooded

I had this last night in the Xbox, but the other way around. I built a tunnel a short swim away from my main base, deliberately long enough to flood (I was trying to see if current generators would work in a flooded tunnel. They don't). But when I swam back to my base I was surprised to find that had flooded too, even though the hull integrity had been fine and (I'm pretty sure) the hull integrity of the tunnel had shown as being separate to that of the base while I was building it.

Im constantly getting leaks even though hull integretiy is at 34
