[Bug] Solar Panels vanishing [May 2016]

Solar panels keep vanishing from my base. I have a foundation set up with 4 panels along one edge. 3 of them keep disappearing and have to be rebuilt. Because of that I've built panels on other parts of the base and it hasn't happened to them yet.

I've also noticed that at night the max power of my base fluctuates. When the panels run out of stored power they will pop in and out of the max power stat. I'm not sure if that related to them actually disappearing.

    This bug has existed for a while and there are other threads related to it. The vanishing seems to happen when you modify the base, or at least the part of the base the panels are attached to - i.e. putting a ladder in a room with panels on top of it or even attached to the foundation near it.
