Have lost ability to make floodlights, or scan them in wrecks.

After the last farm update, and change of wreck exploration for scanning blueprints, I came back to explore. from before the farming update wen live, i either found or console added the blueprint for the floodlight, made a few around base. then I stopped playing for a bit to wait out new updates. Now, i came back a week or so ago (before current update, haven't tried yet) and i was excited to go get more from the various wrecks and sea bases, and add farms in my base, and around outside. In doing so, I found i was unable to locate the floodlight build in my building tool. I also got no prompt to scan the fallen floodlights in the wrecks. After finding this i tried all the console commands i knew of to force forget, force learn, and repeating while near one in a wreck to scan. None of this seemed to work as I still did not get the blueprint back. Any tips for how i might fix this, assuming when i get on tonight with the new update, it wont have fixed itself?
