Suggestion to improve scanning gameplay when we already have the blueprint

When we already have the blueprint, scanning a fragment should yield part of the raw materials needed for the item instead of always yielding titanium x2. So if an item requires an advanced wiring kit, scanning a fragment might yield a piece of gold or a table coral piece. Rule of thumb might be 50% chance of receiving component raw material, 50% chance of receiving titanium.
