It makes it impossible, as you cant see through the water at all, and it is a massive immersionbreaker.

    Just a friendly note here, but no one can get to that DxDiag.txt. That path is a path on your computer. Someone would have to be at your house and using your computer to search for it. ;)

    You'll need to upload it somewhere and link to it for the devs to look at it. I suggest pastebin.com.

    You'll also need the output_log.txt from the Subnautica crash report. It can be found in the Subnautica_Data folder. Went to edit my post but you'd already edited yours. This report will give the devs a clearer idea of why Subnautica crashed. The first one is tell them what your system specs are.

    Technically, it didn't crash. The water is improperly rendering however.

    Improperly or not, at normal detail level, that is what you will get with surface water.
