Thermal Plant Unavaible afer upgrade to build 31112-Apr-2016

Hi,

After the last update, the plans of the thermal plant always appears in the list of the blueprint schema discovered (but no description of the material need to craft it).

And Thermal PLant is not more avaible in the power section of the habitat builder tools.

I'll add to this that all the power systems are in the same condition for me. (Solar Panel, Bioreactor, Thermal Plant, and Nuclear Reactor)
scanning the fragments again just gives Titanium so they are still unlocked, just not usable.
