question on fragments and air in base

I know we don't get recycled air in our base until we have power..... I've built a base and got solar panels up and running.... but I've gone into my base and all though I don't loose any oxygen it just doesn't refill like it should.. so not getting oxygen when I go into my powered base.
bug or am I just missing something?

fragments.... they are in wrecks now? I've gone to maybe a dozen or so wrecks.... some games I can find all the ones to get going at the beginning, but go to where the moonpool or something fragments are supposedly at and nothing... or vice versa... I find moonpool fragments where they are supposed to be at... but not seamoth or solar panels.... quite irritating...

i found fragments of seamoth and solar panenels at red grase zone between Aurora's engines and floating island. Seamoth now looking like a parts of seamoth (as a frags os cyclop before). solar's lays on the ground - not in wrecks. But i think its all randomly.
About oxygen - i dont understand what you mean? you ask why air not depleted in time? or what? Now its working simply: present power - present air, no power - no air.

no air in my base.... unpowered or powered... only good thing is I don't loose oxygen when I'm in my base like I would in the water.
so not all fragments/parts are where they have been reported at then?

About oxygen - when power on base exist it MUST recharge to full capacity, so its a strange bug...
About fragments - its locations changed from build to build (if you play in experimental game mode). 10 builds ago (heh! like about years!) all fragments was sealed inside wrecks, 5 builds ago its appears again on seabed. I find it on red grace zone - not all but many of it. So start a new game and keep searching, and i think that lady Luck turn her face to you

Only problem with water in bases I've had is when the rooms are at or near sea level. They end up with water inside to match what's outside. So I only build either above or below.

Fragments seem to be predictable but have some variation. I've found 5+ (i.e. enough to complete whole blueprint) seamoth fragments at the westmost grassy plateau wreck in multiple new games. There always seems to be one right near the wreck and the others spawn close together further west, towards or past the big pillar. You have to contend with bonesharks.

and then I have a bug then.... figured it as much...

I liked the idea of them being in just wrecks... made more sense to me, but does make sense to see a few on the ocean floor spread out too. but it does seem I'm on experimental... each new update I get (think I get every other one) I notice a slight difference in what I'm experiencing compared to what I'm seeing on here. just didn't know they started putting them back on the ocean floor...
    thanks for the info!!

I've seen that problem too... just a minor glitch so not to worried about that.

I seem to have outdated info, along with me being on experimental builds is just throwing me off.
