[bug?] black screen of forever waiting and sadness

Well, I just bought the game, and as a lot of people I cannot even star the game, already tried stable, experimental, windowed, fullscreen, -force-d3d9, opan as administrator, reinstall, and it's always the same thing, open the game, press new game, aurora screen, then black screen, no errors or anything else, just a black screen and the music for 30 minutes, then I gave up.

I'm having the same problem on the main menu. I've had the game a while, and it's only showed up since the latest update on 4/5/16. Doesn't go away when reinstalling the game either.

so i've downloade some old version (27487) and it works perfectly, but you know, i bought the game, and I want to play the most recent updates.
