Seamoth modification console missing!!!

Hi

So there I was, innocently playing the game. I spawned in my moonpool for the first time, then realised that I had no Seamoth modification console blueprint in my habitat builder. Any ideas?

P.S. I mean a blueprint of modification console.

Blueprint stuff has changed. Eg. you no longer start with solar panel blueprint.

Yeah, they added a bit more grindy content, but hey you're already exploring most of the time so it doesn't feel as grindy as WoW fetch quest, right?
