I picked up a gasopod egg and took it back to my aquarium. It hatched, I picked up the gasopod and released it outside of my base. The creature immediately shot out the yellow balls, a few clipped into my base and went off. When I went back into my base, my radio was now on the ground and in graphically broken parts! I can't repair it with a welder or deconstruct it with the building tool. It's just embedded in the floor making me have to jump over it

Secondly I was building three wall reinforcements on my base, adding two more then deconstructing one and moving it to a different wall.
I quickly built the first two, and the message on the side went from "Hull integrity increased +7" to "+14" up to 33. Then when I deconstructed a wall it said "Hull integrity decreased by 14" down to 19 and when I rebuilt the reinforced wall it said "Hull integrity increased by +7" up to 26. I'm guessing it kept the integer from the two walls added and used that as the subtracted value for removing 1 reinforced wall.

I've also noticed for the value of reinforcement, thinked it was illogic but, ho well
Were you tearing down and putting up the same reinforcement when this happened? If so, then yes, definitely a bug. If you switched between the two wall types, then that's normal. Hope this helps clear up some confusion!
