Building a Skybase

Since there is no way to use noclip in Subnautica to build the base some of us want above water that I know of, here is a simple guide for anyone that is interested. There are other ways to build a Skybase, but I find this to be the easiest and doesn't require any skill.
In order to build a decent base above water, you need to use scaffolding to get to the appropriate height. Scaffolding requires X or L Corridors, Foundations, Hatches, and Ladders.
Sea Level
1. Build X or L Corridor, then attach a Hatch to one of the sides.
2. Build Foundation that is touching the top part of the Corridor.
3. Go into Corridor and Build Hatch on the roof of the Corridor.
4. Exit Corridor through roof Hatch and deconstruct new Hatch.
5. Get on new Foundation.
Additional Levels
6. Build X or L Corridor, then attach a Hatch to the accessible side.
7. Build Foundation that is touching the top part of the new Corridor.
8. Enter Corridor and build Ladder on floor to previous Corridor and build Hatch on the roof of the new Corridor.
9. Exit Corridor through roof Hatch and deconstruct new Hatch.
10. Get on new Foundation.
11. Go to Step 6.
This part only concerns those that want to make a Skybase while in Freedom, Survival, or Hardcore mode and won't use the nocost cheat. The Sea Level costs 8 Titanium and 1 Glass while each additional level costs 10 Titanium and 1 Glass which can be recovered once construction for that part of the base is complete. The Hatches going to the Foundations can be deconstructed to save on construction costs. By deconstructing each hatch, each additional level will cost 8 Titanium instead of 10 Titanium and 1 Glass. So it is possible to build the Scaffolding with only 2 Glass (one for the bottom Hatch and one for the top Hatch) and a lot of Titanium. To build scaffolding that is 10 meters high will require 3 levels and cost 26 Titanium and 2 Glass. If the Ladders are not included, then it will save 2 Titanium for each additional level, but falling off the Scaffolding will require building Ladders to get back to the top.
With this method, it is possible to make a base on top of the Aurora.

Do you have any pictures of of medium/big bases outside water starkaos? id be curious to admire your works
I live by the Bridge looking back to the rear of the ship looking at the island.
Nothing impressive enough or big enough to show, but there are a few Skybases available on Youtube. One that was built by using the Escape Pod as a building platform and surface entrance. The hatch is just above the Escape Pod so I have to climb on top of it to access the hatch. Could change the entrance to be level with sea level, but the entrance would be flooded with water due to how the game is set up. Everything in the base at sea level is flooded while this problem doesn't exist with the Cyclops. Above sea level, there is two large aquariums, 2 multipurpose rooms full of lockers, gardens, fabricators, etc, and an office (Observatory with desk and chair) facing the Aurora. Of course, the technique I came up with wasn't involved in its construction since it is only two levels above sea level.
My Floating Island base has the only object that can be considered as a Sky Base. It involves an I tube connected to another I tube with Vertical Connectors. The top I tube has a couple of Observatories attached with one of the Observatories looking over the forest. It was more of a concept base to see if I can make a Skybase.
