Are there plans for a PC version that supports Xbox achievements?

I know Microsoft is working hard on unifying both the Xbox and Windows platforms so I was curious if there were any plans for a Windows Store version (or if you have any insider knowledge that you'll be able to add Xbox achievements to non Windows Store versions even better!). I much prefer using Mouse & Keyboard for these types of games, but I also prefer the Xbox's system of achievements to Steam's.
