[bug] game infinitly stops responding on start [30230 mar-2016]

the game starts, stops responding for about 1,5 min, starts responding for 2 seconds and stops responding again, and repeats. and it never stops, it takes up to 1 hour for the main menu to pop up, but i can't press anything because it stops responding if i press anywhere. so i can't play the game, and im really sad because i REALLY love this game, i have all the requirements needed so i have no idea what it is, i couldn't find anyone else who has this problem so i asked myself.
