[CRASH] Go to load game, stuck on load screen then crash [30230-Mar]

Game launches fine, menu looks as it should. Go to load a game and it sits on the loading screen for a bit, and then it sounds like I have loaded in, with it sounding like I have just surfaced. After 30 seconds of hearing normal game sound and sitting on the load screen the game crashes

Update, this even happens with new games. No saves work.
