Weid Blocky Text (After New Crash Sequence Update)

Version: The new updated crash sequence (march) (can't really tell the version because I cannot see the text)
After the new update to the crash sequence, the text on the main screen and in-game has been replaced with blocks/cubes and is unreadable. Before this update, the text was fine and readable. I have tried re-downloading the game and changing the graphics setting but nothing changed. I can play the game just fine, but the text is completely unreadable. Thanks to anyone who can help/explain what is happening (not sure if this really is a bug or I'm just being stupid). Images are attached below.
