Lost left/right click interaction ability

Game was working fine for a couple of hours. Left, came back and now I can not left or right click on anything to interact (enter, climb, attack, scan, etc). I know that some people have had trouble with key rebinding, and I did rebind a few keys (equipment slots and the like) but did that at the beginning of the game. Anyone know if there is something I can do to get interaction ability back with my left/right click? I tried restarting, but didn't work. I tried making a new game, same problem. Only I have not tried is reinstalling the game. Devs, is this a known problem or just mine?
